Onyx Technology builds insurance, banking and automotive systems that run every working day. That shapes the job more than any perk does: the code you write is read by the person who maintains it next year, and the platform you ship is one a client cannot switch off while you fix it.
We are a small team, so an engineer here sees a system from requirements through release and into support rather than owning one slice of it. If that sounds like more responsibility than you want, it probably is. If it sounds like the part of the work you have been missing, write to us.
What the role offers
You work on systems that banks, insurers and vehicle importers run their operations on, not on internal demos that never ship.
Hours you arrange with your team, and remote work where the work allows it. What matters is the system being right, not the chair you sat in.
Vendor certifications and training paid for, including the Acumatica track, because the platforms we implement change and so does what we need to know about them.
Small teams, short decision paths, and direct access to whoever knows the answer. Nobody here files a ticket to ask a colleague a question.
